The same way I don’t use Facebook or any other social media app. The only reason I’m here is because I’ve contacted Plex customer service and they have not responded. I rented the movie ‘Blink Twice’. It was very late, but I was excited to watch the movie. As expected, I fell asleep halfway through the movie. I was thinking OK I can watch it again tomorrow. Well guess what? They wanted me to pay for the movie again. I thought it was Customary to get 48 hours to watch the movie that you paid for.
According to the documentation, you can watch a rental for 48 hours after starting it.

If the rental expired before that, your best shot is to contact plex‘s billing team:

Just to clarify… the movie isn’t listed in „continue watching“ or the „My Rentsls“ section?
Where can I find the movie after I rent or purchase it?
Rented movies will automatically appear in Continue Watching on your home screen. They can also be found in the the My Rentals & Purchases row of the Movies & Shows or On Demand source.

If you fell asleep watching it twice, maybe it was not all the movie it should have been. Did that with Broken Arrow.
