Does anyone know how it works to add a "library playlist" to the "friends' home"?

Does anyone know how it works to add a “library playlist” to the “friends’ home”?
Even if the box is checked, nothing is displayed on the home menu of my friends.

Is this a bug in the manage recommendations menu?
Or is it because I don’t know how to use it?

That appears to be a misnomer. This actually the “Recent Playlists” hub, which only appears if there are playlists.
Playlists which the current user has created, that is. (and not the server owner)
