There’s several threads and one in particular where a number of users are complaining about the new update on Plex. For many, it doesn’t work on the PS4 and when it does, it doesn’t work well. Glitchy, crashes, controls that reset playback when you press circle. This new update is awful. Avid users and paid users are complaining. How can you advertise for a lifetime membership with this abysmal customer service and radio silence? Before I was having issues, I would tell my friends how cool Plex is and how they should be using it. I was going to buy a lifetime membership. But now, what can I say about Plex? If a solution is in the works, please keep us updated.
