Does anyone read these?

So doesn’t anyone read these forums?

I paid the most I’ve ever paid for an app, $150. I’m told there is not email, phone, chat support. I’m told the only support for your software is this support forums. I spoke to someone via chat for a few messages, supplied the requested logs, and nothing.

I’ve contacted via Messenger twice, promised a response. And still nothing. You have some of the worst tech support I’ve found.

I’ve resigned myself to finding another solution. If it doesn’t work, and you can’t fix it. Find another solution. I’ll be filing for a refund. This product doesn’t work, and tech support doesn’t help in finding a solution.

Ironically, I’ve posted twice to the forums for the same issue, then I had to force the issue on Messenger.

Sorry, you haven’t gotten an answer yet. Looking at your previous posts, it appears your issue might be similar to http://forums.plex.tv/discussion/260986/not-playing-episode-i-select#latest.

If so, we are working on a fix.

Seems like for a lot of issues they’re fine to just sit there forever. Who knows, maybe your issue will actually get resolved.

I still just keep bumping my topic since the Plex devs just don’t care about fixing old issues. Even when they did reply to it before, they never really read any of the content and instead just passed the issue to something else regardless of the evidence presented.
