So doesn’t anyone read these forums?
I paid the most I’ve ever paid for an app, $150. I’m told there is not email, phone, chat support. I’m told the only support for your software is this support forums. I spoke to someone via chat for a few messages, supplied the requested logs, and nothing.
I’ve contacted via Messenger twice, promised a response. And still nothing. You have some of the worst tech support I’ve found.
I’ve resigned myself to finding another solution. If it doesn’t work, and you can’t fix it. Find another solution. I’ll be filing for a refund. This product doesn’t work, and tech support doesn’t help in finding a solution.
Ironically, I’ve posted twice to the forums for the same issue, then I had to force the issue on Messenger.
