Why plex does not have 'normal' technical support?

Why plex does not have ‘normal’ technical support?
If you have a problem or feature request, the only way is to put a request in this forum.
I did it several time but non of them get a single replay :frowning:

Other Apps and services offers this and you get at least ‘try this’ or something.

I totally agree, This forum can be great but it can also be horrible, I have had multiple posts with issues with no comments or one thing and then nothing and I am left to solve the issue myself.

For paying customers even a email to contact would be nice.

I have accepted that to be the way with many forums, e.g. Qnap, Synology, Tplink,

I keenly try to find an answer with google before in desperation, I goto forums.

I hate it when i ask for a simple opinion or experience and 200 people read it in 3 days but no one comments!!
Obviously my definition of simple is not everyones!

I would be bald if it wasn’t for google…
