I’m reading conflicting things online which is likely due to the requirements Plex page not listing 2016 as supported.
- Does hardware transcoding on Windows Server 2016 actually work for you?
- If so, did you have to set up a virtual monitor like guides show online for this?
I have noticed (hw) when a video is transcoding but I also see (hw) disappear during the same transcode.
I’m a bit confused as to what is actually supposed to work or not.
