Does plex hate it's users?

Just trying to log in on a roku is a nightmare since removing the ability to log in with a code. Which i just found out while trying to read out a 20 character random password over the phone to my elderly parents.

Its almost impossible to contact @plex now, they ignore twitter (X) and you have to email billing as the only way to get to them without there defense lines of “talk to the hand”

If you use the Roku mobile app (not the Plex one), you can type and also copy-n-paste.

I see what you’re saying, but I manage passwords for my parents and I wasn’t anywhere close to their house.

Not sure why Roku made this requirement of Plex.
