We have a large TV shows database and want to quickly view the current series that we are watching and not have to search the whole database. Emby has a method for marking TV shows or movies as favorites and them displaying them in a favorites list. When a season ends or we have finished binge watching a past season we then unmark them as a favorite. We have tried Playlists but they fail to provide the same functionality as we have to name each episode and new ones are not added. Can anyone advise how to achieve this in Plex or a workaround they have discovered. Cheers thanks in advance.
I’m looking for the same thing. There are a few shows we just don’t watch right now and they always pop up. others we are looking forward to watch are never poping up again after i imported them by batch process.

Use Emby…
Plex is not interested in getting into the bidness of doing what users want.
That would indicate defeat.
Plex has not yet begun to fight!
