I am trying to use a Windows PC as a Plexamp endpoint and control it from a tablet/iPad. The reason I need ASIO output is I want to pipe the output into an ASIO driver, which act as a room correction software.
I installed Plexamp on Win11 but it does not see the ASIO driver as an output device.
Do I need a Plexpass to use ASIO (as it says it will enable bit perfect playback)?
Or do I need the Plex player?
I am also trying to understand under what condition would bit-perfect playback be avialble, i.e. format, bitrate/sample rate, software, endpoint etc.
