Doesn't show that I am connected to sever

HI! I am connected to a friends media server, but the fire tv and android phone does not show that. Only the web browser shows that. Help?

  • this is a managed account if that makes any difference, the main account shows the server n all devices.- fire 4k max - cant find plex #?
    -latest plex for phone

Managed users do not have access to shared servers, only the admin does.
