Server Version#: 1.32.5.7328
Player Version#: 9.28.0.3162
My server has my admin account and two managed users. When I log into the managed users’ accounts on any of the Windows 10 machines or Amazon Fire TV Sticks in the house, they work fine. When I log in on my phone (Android 10), one of the accounts seems OK, but the other won’t open - all I get is the spinner, spinning indefinitely. On another phone (Android 8.1), this same user account was at first unable to see any content on the server, then was able to see but not play, and then (without me making any changes on either the phone or the server) was able to play content as normal.
On an old iPad (I don’t have it to hand so I don’t know the model or iOS version, but it’s at least 10 years old by now), neither of the managed users can see any content at all: the Plex app just says that the server is offline.
My admin account works perfectly well on all of these devices, it’s just the managed user accounts that are playing up. All of the devices are on the same network and, where possible, I’ve set them and the server to allow insecure connections on the same LAN. The server is running in a TrueNAS Core jail and while it’s telling me that there are updates available, it’s updated as far as the package manager can go.
Does anyone know of a fix for this problem? Thanks in advance.
