Dolby Atmos or TrueHD 7.1 via Amazon 4k Fire Stick

4k Video is being direct streamed but the Audio (TRUEHD 7.1) is be transcoded to EAC3.

Ideally, I’d like the audio to just be passed through to my Atmos Amplifier.
