Audio passthrough does not work on the plex player of the new amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max

Server Version#: 1.24.3.5033
Player Version#: 8.23.2.28087

Hello
I bought the new fire tv max from amazon
It is supposed to be compatible in atmos etc, with disney + or netfix, no problem but with plex, it does not let the audio signals pass so that they are decoded by the samsung soundbar, when I go to my plex server , I see that the audio stream is trasncoded in AC3.

However in the options I have activated the hdmi passthrough.
I tested with an nvidia shield and there the plex lets the soundbar decode the audio in atmos.

So where can my problem come from? is this a compatibility issue? or a setting that I do not do qomme it should?
thank you in advance for your help

There are two types of Atmos audio for home theaters.

Dolby Digital Plus + Atmos is the type used by streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, etc.

TrueHD + Atmos is the type found on Blu-ray discs.

Amazon Fire devices will passthrough DDP + Atmos.

Amazon Fire devices will not passthrough TrueHD or TrueHD + Atmos audio. This is an Amazon limitation.

TrueHD audio will be transcoded by your Plex Media Server to a compatible format. The Atmos information will be lost during the transcode.
