Dolby Vision broken on 9.13.0 for Nvidia Shield

Version 9.13.0 of the player app has broken Dolby Vision playback. The patch notes for this version mentioned “when transcoding a DoVi stream we shouldn’t attempt to play it as DoVi.”. In my set up, it isn’t transcoding Dolby Vision, but it seems to prevent it anyway and then falls back to HDR10. Although I also have sample videos with no HDR10 layer so these now are completely broken. Rolling the player back to version 9.12.2 resolves the issue for me
