Plex Player 9.13.1 broke Dolby Vision playback on Android TV devices

With latest release of Plex Player on Android TV devices (12/20/2022 release ver 9.13.1), Dolby Vision playback is completely broken on my 4K rips (mav files). Any DV file playback will end in a endless waiting circle. My two affected Android TV boxes:

  1. Chromecast with Google TV 4K with latest Android TV 12 update
  2. RockTek G2 with official Android TV 11 .

They both work fine before this latest update.

My Sony X900H running Android TV 10 works fine with Dolby Vision playback. Other Android TV devices that doesn’t support Dolby Vision work fine as well.

I’m having random but major issues playing DV files on my Shield Pro as well. Have you rolled back to an older build to see if that works?

Yes, the previous version (link can be found on this board) works fine for me. Also, I have determined that Chromecast with Google TV does not suffer from this issue. It just need to playback from the beginning of the movie (something I encountered often in the past).
