It’s not mp4box, it’s how the new version of ffmpeg extracts TrueHD audio.
You should first try to read all the past links (the mrmc forum, the makemkv one… etc) so you can get more context.

I just failing to get just a video from dvdfab. I can not deselect the audio track

Correction on the support I mentioned earlier, TrueHD currently won’t work in an MP4 with Dolby Vision at the moment inside of Plex on Android, but it will do soon. We need to apply some changes, so it might not be available until v7.26.

My test with DV MP4 and DTS-HD Master 5.1 is successful. 
Everything is recognized correctly. Also with SRT subtitles 
(MP4 SL DV + EAC3 + DTS HD Master / Subs external (SRT))
BUT since the beta 7.24 I have problems with DTS-HD. Also with this MP4 DV File.

I have also switched between the new and old player but it makes no difference. With the current public 7.23 version, there are no problems with the passthrough dts-hd. I tested everything … DTS High Res / Master 5.1 / 7.1.
Does anyone have the same dropouts with dts-hd passthrough to av?

BTW, is there any info about if dual layer Dolby Vision .mp4s are ever going to be supported?

Did you use mkvtoolnix? There you can name the respective audio line
You can’t use mkvtoolnix to create Dolby Vision mp4 files.
