Don't see Server option on WD NAS

Server Version#:Latest
Player Version#:Lates

I have a WD MyCloud PR4100 NAS and have had Plex Media server running for a few years. After the recent Breach Plex forced me to change my password. Ever since I did that, I know long see my server. When I open the settings menu, Server is not even an option. When I got to authorized devices it is listed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Server version onto the NAS, and still nothing. Since reaching out to Plex for support is non-existing, I am hoping someone here can help. I have spent hours on the Forum, and have not found anything to help me.

Did you reclaim your server since you reset your password?
Keep in mind you need to access the server through the bundled version of Plex Web:

  1. open the NAS’ local IP from within the same network → http://[PR4100 IP address]:32400/web
  2. go to Settings > [Server Name] > General
  3. click the Sign In button on that settings page (next to the “This server is unclaimed…” message)

Alternatively you can use a script like the one linked below to reclaim your server.

That is the problem, I go onto the NAS, to the Plex Media Server App, click configure, and it opens the Plex Web App.
I log in, click settings, and there is no Server option at all.

Does clicking Configure open the Plex Media Server using the WD NAS’ local IP address and are you on the same subnet?

Yes it is
