I was wondering if anyone could help me with some functionalities on Plex TV that I haven’t been able to find or activate. I would appreciate any advice or solution you could provide.
Firstly, I would like to remove the “Continue Watching” section that appears when opening the Plex TV app. I haven’t found a way to disable it, and it bothers me a bit that it always shows up, even when I’ve already finished watching a video.
Secondly, I would like the default organization when entering a TV series library to be by folders rather than by titles. I have all my series divided by folders, but when I enter the library, the episodes are shown mixed from all the series.
Thirdly, is there any way to go directly to a specific library rather than the recommended section when opening the app?
Lastly, I was wondering if there was an autoplay option on Plex TV. For example, if I’m watching an episode of a series and I want the next episode to play automatically in order.

In addition to what Otto said it sounds like OP may not yet have discovered the “Recommended” and “Library” view modes within a library.
If you are on Recommended (the default) Plex will show you what’s up next and other stuff. If you are on Library view, it’s just the shows or movies, and I think you can switch to folder mode too.
Is it possible somewhere in the configuration to change that and default to showing me the library directly instead of the recommended tab? More of the same for the order inside the library, is it possible that by default I can sort it by folders, so I don’t have to change it every time I open the application?
Set whichever app you are using to “remember selected tab” and it will remember which you were on the last time in that library in that app. but the home screen is always default on app launch
