Please stop Suggest, Recommend, and Sell services in my server, thanks

With difficulty I can understand if it is a bug or a desired function, but periodically I find all the libraries messed up with the “Recommended” function in each library, instead of “Library” where I can see all the films in alphabetical order or in the criteria I had chosen for that library.
This thing is incredibly stupid and annoying, plus it is clear that they are pushing their media on us, because every time this thing happens I also end up with the plex libraries (“Tidal”, “Movies and Show”, etc.) that I had previously disabled by removing the pin.
These are my media and my library, I paid for the Plex, why do I have to suffer this abuse? Let me access my information without having to mess it up every N days.
Stop it, very thanks!

Not sure what you consider your library being “messed up with the ‘Recommended’ function”?
It’s just a different view on your library, focusing on hubs like what was recently released / added / …
You can configure all apps to remember what tab as last selected in which case that’s the default tab you’ll see. If you’re using Plex Web and have some browser settings or add-ons to delete Plex’ config cookies, Plex cannot remember it for you.

You’re not disabling the online media sources by unpinning them – that just removes them from the sidebar.
If you want to disable them, do that in your account settings:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources

Based on your initial point about Plex forgetting your customizations/selections, my guess is you’re using the browser version of Plex and have some cookie cleaner that’ll regularly/occasionally delete the config. If that’s the case, fixing this is all in your hands.

Thanks for your reply. It’s the Apple TV App the mess. “Suggested” instead of “Recommended” can help to understand? Sorry the wrong term, but I have the translated ui in the Apple TV App. There isn’t settings to define my preferred view, so the pinned items was reassembled to default on every update of the app. This was ever a lot frustrating.

That sounds more like a glitch/bug than a feature suggestion.
Your app shouldn’t reset on every update (unless you previously wipe the old version and its settings). I’m using an Apple TV client myself as my primary device and the app has never “forgotten”/lost my customizations (also not after an update).

What Apple TV models are you using and what version of tvOS is installed on them?
Can you confirm what version of the Plex for Apple TV client is installed on your Apple TV?

I tom80H.
First the tech spech: AppleTV A1625 (32GB) tvOS 16.1 (20K71) - Plex for Apple TV client 8.11 (1) - plexmediaserver-plexpass 1.28.2.6103 on TrueNAS-12.0-U8.1.
I suspect also this is a Glitch/Bug, but I don’t know a lot this forum to put this post in the right place.
Every some days I lost all the folder configuration, that goes to default view on the sidebar. On the server I’ve not updated nothing. The same configuration from 3 months ago. On Apple TV is specified to autoupdate all the apps.
Thanks for your reply.
