If your upload speed is 500mbps you shouldn’t be having a problem with every person trying to stream
It sounds to me like something with your remote access got messed up during the downgrade
Look in the dashboard as someone tries to play a remote stream and see what it says here

If it’s configured properly, it should say remote. If it says indirect like my screen shot something is wrong and you need to troubleshoot
