Every download on my phone and tablet stops immediately with an error.
It doesn’t seem to matter what kind of file and whether audio and video are selected in original quality or worse.
The error description from this thread sounds very much like my error:
[New Downloads Feature Keeps Failing (for files larger than 2GB)]
But it have no effect if I switch from sd-card to internal storage as download location

Today i noticed, download is only working on remote wifi or mobile network.
PS: ios is not affected and works fine.
Thanks for the fast response but unfortunately I can’t confirm this.
If I switch to mobile data or in my guest wifi, the same error occuers.
I figured out a detail, If I download a audiobook with many tracks, some tracks will be downloaded at start but than it fails too.

There are some threads about the download problem, did you check the android LOG?
Plex settings / Help&Support / search for errors
