What’s the sense of allowing users to download their content, if they can’t access it off line? Remove this feature then!!! This makes absolutely no sense how you guys REFUSE to give us an Off-Line button!!
It’s incredible that as much as I’ve complained about this, not ONE “staff member” response to me about this. I really regret getting this life-time pass.
