Having a media app such as PLEX with no official "off-line feature, is like using an email program without a send button!!! Come on guys! I would have never gotten a lifetime pass, had I known about this issue. I’m not a user who lives in the country some where! I’m a city guy, and off-line features are essential. It makes absolutely nooooooooooooooo sense!!! You should disable the download feature, because without an off-line feature, it is absolutely USELESS!!!
