But I cannot download a home video since the download button is always disabled. Is this by design? I’m a plex pass user so I can certainly sync home videos to my device. But it would be better if while browsing my library I find a home video I want to share or just have offline on my phone to be able to retrieve it directly. Instead, if we find a home video we want offline we must go to the web plex app, locate the home video and sync it to the device. Thx for reading.
I’m using the latest pms build from this week and the latest iOS app from last week. iPhone 7 devices, all current patched iOS. My pms is a beefy modern Ubuntu Linux machine, not in a vm. All current patches and updates.
I don’t have problems doing a sync. I just wish on the fly while navigating media on my iPhone that if I find a home video I want offline on the phone, I wish the download button for the item was enabled.
The download button works for all other media types. Just not home videos. They can be of any source and file type; the download button is disabled at all times for these.
