I’m wondering if the ability to download movies has been removed or disabled? I no longer have this function.
Should be there since your PP is active and that is clearly your server since you have the Grant Access option.
What version number of the app do you have running? Have you tried force quitting it, logging out and back in , clearing app cache etc.
This is my app version. I tried your suggestions and it didn’t make any difference. Maybe I’ll uninstall and reinstall it?
The uninstall, reinstall didn’t resolve it either. Hmm
