Download option missing?

Has the problem been found ? When can I expect an update of the app in order to allow the use of the download option as expected from an account with a plex pass ?

I think I found what the issue is. I’ve filed it internally for the devs to take a look.

It seems there are a lot of miss leading here. According to FAQ https://support.plex.tv/articles/download-android/

Quote:

• The account signed into the app must have a Plex Pass subscription (or be a member of a Plex Home where the admin has an active Plex Pass subscription)

My env:
I used one account as host to buy the lifetime plex pass(not google play one). Then added a managed account to stream my content via android device.

So, I am legit for the latter one, a member of a plex home where the admin has a lifetime plex pass. With this setting, my guest account can stream the content without 1 minute limitation. But Why I cant see the download button?

When you created the shared user, did you enable the option to allow Downloads? I don’t see that enabled for this account you ae writing from.
