Download subtitle fails sporadically

I have this issue since a long time. When downloading additional subtitles using the Android TV app (on Nvidia Shield), i often ger a download failed error when choosing a subtitle. Im not sure when or why this happens.
When I do the same thing on my iPhone, it works without any issue and I don’t remember having this problem on my AppleTV.

I dont know how to fix it or why it happens. Only workaround I have is go use another player to download fhe subtitle…

I have the same problem, sometimes it fails from a Fire TV for a specific movie or TV episode and it won’t work anymore. If I try from a different client it will work.
