On a recent road trip I was having issues getting my kids tablets (each has their own Plex account for the player on their tablet) and I wanted to sync shows or recordings to their tablets but was having issues so I tried to do it from the Plex Dashboard however, I am not allowed.
It looks like I can only sync to devices I have signed in with, with my Plex Pass account. It would be nice if I could sync files to people in my ‘Sharing’ list.

You can do that. If you allow them to sync. (Notice the check box)
Still, they must initiate the sync themselves.
You cannot do that for them.
(Unless they are members of your Plex home. Then you can ‘Switch User’ and ‘become’ them.)
Thank you, that is an acceptable work around for sending items to my kids.
