There are 2 versions of the same movie file on a remote server. Same Plex account. One movie is file type .m4v and the other is .mp4. The “Play Version…” function works fine but I can only download the .m4v version but I wish to download the .mp4 version. Is there a way to download the .mp4 version without splitting apart?
When I click ‘Download’ on a movie which has 2 versions, I get this:
