When playing back a downloaded H265 file on my Google Pixel 7, the video is very choppy/stuttering, as if it is playing at a low FPS. The audio is fine. If I enable the option to switch to an external app to do video playback, the external app works fine. I’ve found this behavior with two H265 movies so far. How can I fix this?
