Downloaded Videos freezes in external player

To describe the problem: I download an episode and want to play it in an external video player (MX Player Pro). The video will start and play for about 4 minutes until it freezes and does nothing more. To keep the video running, I have to go back to the plex app and start the episode and then the video runs again for about 4 minutes until it freezes again.

I’m using the latest version of plex on my phone .

My phone : Google Pixel 7 Pro

Edit: I tested the same thing on my old Xiaomi Poco F3 and Samsung tab a7 and there were no problems, same app version and mx player pro version with the same video.

So it seems to be due to my google phone, but I don’t know what exactly the problem is…
