I have been experiencing some issues with downloaded playlists on Plexamp using Android Auto from my Samsung phone. I went on a road trip where I knew I would have spotty cell service (hence the point of my downloaded music) and during the areas of poor cell reception my music would occasionally cut out/Skip for a second here and there. Any idea why this may be happening? I double checked that I was playing my playlist from the downloads. I thought this was the point of the download function. 
it should be! make sure you don’t have any battery save energy settings applied to the app, and you can also try switching between AAudio and OpenSL.

Thanks Elan. I changed some of my settings and permissions. We’ll see if that resolves it.
