Did you Refresh Metadata or re-scan the library after deleting the files? If you’ve done all that and the problem’s still there, go into the Settings/Troubleshooting area (Plex Web) and run Optimize Database and Clean Bundles.

Yes, I’ve done all of the above. (Rescan, Refresh, Clean & Optimize) - Also tried restarting PMS

Try Analyze. First on one episode, then on one season, last on the whole show. Do also try Refresh Metadata for the whole show at once.

Your “tv shows” library should point to J:\´Tv-shows alone. Or are there other paths in there? Edit your library, then go to the ‘Add Folder’ tab to verify this. Is your drive pool healthy? Or are some drives not online?

I’ve not renamed anything. I’ve only removed all *.srt files. Will the “Plex Dance” remove users watched history? (Will it clear their “On deck”?)
