photo library. video files inside. image freezes, but you can see that it is playing.

this problem is present on all android devices that I came across. this problem is not on lg web os. this problem is not on iPhone 15.

this problem does not depend on the video source. sony a7sm3, sony zv-e1, iPhone 15, Samsung s24, gopro11, DJI pocket

I bought a plex pass to remove the 1 minute limit. but I still can’t watch videos from my phone.
