Downloading Subtitles From Plex Roku Times Out. Works Fine With The Web Interface

I have my server configured to download from opensubtitles. It has been working well for a couple years, but a couple months ago I noticed that when I try to download subtitles through the Roku interface (it shows results from the search), it times out and fails.

I am able to use the web interface just fine to download the subtitles, so I am not sure what is going on.

My Plex app on the Roku is the latest (I assume), the Roku itself is the latest firmware, but the issue seems to be limited to the Roku interface, nowhere else.

Does anyone have any idea of where I can continue troubleshooting or do you think this is a Roku app issue that I cannot fix on my own?

Update - It started working again. I did not change a thing on the system, which tells me the issue was probably with the subtitle provider.
