When using Android phone. Media will not download unless I turn off wifi. Then will download over mobile data.
When using Android wifi tablet, media will only download when connected to an external VPN.
When using ‘Plex for Windows’ player on Windows 11, media downloads fine on local network.
Very frustrating.
