Unable to download media remotely

If I am on my Plex Server network, I’m able to download media, however if I’m on cellular or another Wi-Fi network then the app keeps showing download failed. Happening on Android and iOS

+1. Happens on wifi and mobile. I can download “raw” through the web interface (I can VPN into my home network), but through the app, downloads don’t work. Streaming works fine in the app, either through plain internet or via VPN (Tailscale). Simply says “download failed” after about 5 seconds.

Server 4.146.0 (Mac)

Apologies, I can’t send logs easily; I’m far away from the server at the moment and only on an iPad.
