Downloads Broken in Latest app

Player Version#: 2025.12.0 (1009)
Device: iPad Air 5th Gen iOS 18.3.2
As per the title, the downloads don’t seem to work properly in the updated app.

  1. No option to download show or season, only individual episodes
  2. visibility of currently downloaded media when viewing through the library

Also just generally, the UI feels off

  • Can’t access settings or the account sidebar when viewing anything other than a home screen
  • You can select a movie to download from the recommended page, but not from within a category without opening the movie itself.

Offline downloads is the main reason I use Plex on my iPad. How can I download a previous version that has this working for shows/seasons please?
It makes no sense to remove functionality, push an irreversible “upgrade”, and then say the feature that was removed is “coming soon”…
