With which exact version of the app are you experiencing that?
There’s currently two very different versions of the iOS app:
- version 8.45 (last release of the classic app)
- version 2025.10.1 (1st public release of the new Plex experience)
Is there an error message or how are downloads failing for you?
It doesnt have a Download Button
As for version 2025.10.1 (assuming that’s the version you’re talking about):
You can currently only download individual videos (e.g. movies or episodes).
