iOS app won't played Downloaded content

Recently, my iPhone stopped being able to play Downloaded music files. It worked for years, but now when I choose a song that’s been cached to my phone drive, it won’t play the song. It just sits on the song page and the play button is still visible despite touching it multiple times. I"ve tried rebooting the phone and closing/reopening the app.

If I remove the song from my Downloads, forcing Plex to stream the song (instead of playing locally), it plays fine. Other songs (and other media, for that matter) that haven’t been downloaded also play fine. This appears to be very-Download-centric.

Please fix!
