I noticed that if I download a video file, and then watch some of it, it looks like the app doesn’t tell the server how far has been watched when I re-connect. Is it supposed to?

Should happen when Download refreshes. It does that on app launch or visiting the Downloads page or a manual refresh.
Ok I did a bit more testing. It does seem to work ok except for one scenario. It seems like it can’t handle the situation when I watch a file when offline, and then delete it from my device before connecting to the server. In this scenario it doesn’t seem to tell the server that this video was watched. This is a common scenario when you are travelling and your server is not accessible, but you want to free up space on your device.
