Downloads not working on iPad

I have not been able to access my downloads for the past few weeks. I have access to my server in WiFi or data but when I go to downloads there is a little red dot next to it that says ‘error’ and says:

Uh Oh…

Something’s Not Right

Any suggestions or tips?

That isn’t good at all. Any chance you can share your hardware and iOS version? I’ve had this issue on older devices, that aren’t in the supported version range anymore. I believe the minimum version is iOS 16.0 for both the App Store and TestFlight.

For me, when I had this issue I wasn’t able to find a solution sadly, even with a device that was running iOS 17, I hope you get a better outcome.

I have an M4 iPad Pro on the latest IOS update
