I recently started using Plex, and I would like to write an app that overlays some information (both text and graphics) on the video that's being played. I am open to doing this on either the server side or client side. I have looked through the documentation available and have not had much luck finding a way to do this with the API.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how I might achieve this?
