You’re confusing Plex web client version with Plex media server version.
When you first load ‘settings’ from the Plex web home screen, you are in the ‘web client - general’ web player settings area, and it shows version 3.95.2
If you scroll in the left bar down farther to “Settings - General”, select it, you then are in ‘your server name - General’ area of Server settings. Server versions are now in the 1.16.x.x numbering.
As for Drobo versioning, sorry, I do not know current vs actual release.
I know that for many, 1.16.1.1291 is latest
Nas/other devices sometimes run behind.
