Hello,
I have a Drobo 5N have used Plex for years without issues. All of a sudden a few weeks back videos i have watched will no longer play. Stating that “server is not powerful enough” which doesnt make sense because its played it before.
When i log into plex on the web it does indicate that i have an older version of PMS installed on my Drobo and i followed the steps to update it and when i got through the process and update - it continues to show i have the older version. No matter how many times i update.
Another strange thing is that I am using Plex on Shield TV Pro to view content and though those currently don’t work if I try the same video on my iPad it works just fine.
Can anyone help me make sense of this?
