Plex v 1.13.2.5154 incompatible with Drobo5N?

I - successfully - use Drobo as a NAS and to serve Plex. Today, during maintenance, I acted on the notification from Drobo and the Plex web app. I’ve been used to a disagreement from these two platforms as to what version Drobo should be running. Drobo usually cites an older version. My normal update process involves downloading the tgz file and copying it into the DroboApps folder, then restarting. Today the Plex web app informed me that I should update to Version 1.13.2.5154 from 1.12.0.4829. I have tried updating the app from Drobo’s Dashboard and manually as described above. After restarting from any attempt, Drobo’s Dashboard indicates Plex is running, but the app is inaccessible. My only choice is to skip this update and hope the next one is compatible. Any suggestions?

Your post would be more appropriate in the dedicated Drobo forum.

Any logs ?

Sometimes database corruptions only have a big impact after upgrades because of database schema updates

I am changing the tag on your topic from server-linux to server-drobo

See these support articles for log files - drobo is not listed - let me know if you are unable to locate the server log files

I am having this problem as well.
Plex seems to become accessable if I stop it and then start it agian in the Drobo dashboard.
