Server Version#: 1.13.3.146-987af09d9 (DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 6)
Player Version#: 1.39 (11615) (Apple TV)
I have a DS218play NAS as server.
I can use Plex from browser and mobile devices (iOS).
BUT if I would like to play something on Apple TV after some seconds loading it turns back to menu without any error message.
Apple TV can play videos from my laptop’s Plex Media Server without any issue.
I installed Plex Media Server with this guide.
I tried install newer server spk from your webpage, but it said “This package is not supported…”
I tried reboot, reinstall plex from both place (NAS, Apple TV).
Video Station application works perfectly on Apple Tv and browser, so I think there is not hardware problem.
Please help me because I would like to use Plex on all of my platforms!
