Synology DS218Play Problem

Hi!
I Have recently bought a Synology DS218Play that I have installed Plex on and connected with an Apple TV 4K. And everything have gone smooth to install everything.
Now the problem is when I try to play an Movie it is lagging and stuttering every 5 second. And this is both 1080P movies and 720P.

With what I could read before was that this Synology would be able to play 1080P movies without problem so I cannot figure out why this is happening.
Someone who has and idea or solutions to this?

The problem is that there is no settings for that on the Apple TV, the only thing you can see is that it has network connection.

And isn’t weird if both my Apple TV and Synology unit is connected with network cable to the router, that is has to transcode? Or does it always do that?

Sorry for the stupid questions but I’m so newbie at this.
