DS718+ Plex Cannot Find Files

As the title says, my Plex server cannot locate any files. I have the PMS package installed on my Synology DS718+ NAS.

To get some things out of the way first:

  1. Permissions for ‘Plex’ user are set. It has full read/write permission for my media folder \vol1\Plex\
  2. My folder chain is named correctly. In this case, I am trying to get it get it to find a show called “Sound! Euphonium”, as seen here: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/sound-euphonium

I have the .mkv files located under: \vol1\Plex\TV Shows\Sound! Euphonium\Season 1\filename.mkv

One such file, for example, is: [VCB-FFF] Sound! Euphonium [01][Hi10p_1080p][x264_flac].mkv

When I refresh my TV library (\vol1\Plex\TV Shows), it finds no files, and there should be 13 eps in there. I am using TheTVDB as my primary database under ‘Settings -> Agents’.

Any ideas?
