DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 3 safe to update?

Synology recently (last week) made DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 3 available.
Are there any special considerations or actions needed to update?

After reading all the headaches folks are facing with upgrading to DSM 7, figured couldn’t hurt to confirm no special sequence of steps needed when updating to the latest DSM 6 :slight_smile:

The special headaches of DSM7 users were du to a significant change of DSM where things were pretty much turned upside down.
The ground rules for DSM6 haven’t changed.

upgrading to DSM 7 is doable, @ChuckPa is excellent at guiding
